in Pregnant after IF

Did anyone send their RE or OB a giftbasket or a token of appreciation for all the IF treatments with finally with success???

My husband thought that I should send like a Mrs. Fields basket or Edible Arrangement. I wanna wait until I deliver. I havent even had my first OB appointment yet.

Any suggestions??? :)

    I plan to do something after I deliver and know other ladies who will do the same. I definitely want to express my appreciation.

    We sent our RE an Edible Arrangements basket and she loved it. We will be doing something special for our OB's office once I deliver :)

    We had cupcakes made for them decorated with onesies that said Thank You.  We delivered them along with cards and pics from our 20w u/s.  They really liked them.

    Today is my last appointment. I think I'm going to send them something when they do the gender scan. My RE asks for periodic updates so I figure that is as good a time as any. I'm too nervous to bring something today! Each u/s makes me crazy until I see my peanut and the hb.
    Me: PCOS DH: slight MFI (morphology 3%)
    IUI #1=BFN 100 mg of clomid= no response so doc prescribed 150 mg of Clomid. Resulted in 1 follie at 22. Trigger on 12/23 IUI on 12/24 (count 14 million post-wash motility grading 3-4).
    January 2011 on hold due to cyst
    IUI #2 5.0 MG Femara plus 75 iu of Gonal-F no growth so up to 112.5 iu for Gonal-F and then 150 iu. Resuled in 1 mature follie at 19. Trigger on 2/18 IUI on 2/19 (count 13 million post-wash motility grading 3-4) and 2/20 (count 10 million post-wash motility grading 3-4) BFP! Lost our son Joshua at 21 weeks 5 days.

    At my last appointment I brought in some homemade brownies.
    After 2 years of TTC, our daughter was born on Oct 31, 2011!

    I ordered a full sheet cookie cake decorated in pink and blue (because we didn't know the sex yet) and a baby carriage. I also wrote a personal card to the RE because I felt particularly grateful to her for recognizing my egg quality issues that the first RE didn't recognize.

    I sent my RE flowers after I got the BFP. I will send her an announcement with another thank you when I deliver.
    TTC since November 2009. DH diagnosed with sperm antibodies. IUI #1 = BFN IUI #2 = BFN On the road to IVF.... Egg Retrieval Jan 21, 2011 16 eggs retrieved Egg transfer Jan 26, 2011 Only 2 viable eggs transferred. 1 IVF, 1 ICSI IVF #1 = BFP :-) 10/3/11 No heart beat at 38 weeks: Our baby Jack became an angel 12/14/11 = natural BFP Rainbow baby Samantha Jacklyn born8/8/12.
