Days that I love my job...

I'm a Catholic School teacher. We don't get paid very much, but I have some awesome kids. Tomorrow night, since this is the first weekend since August that we haven't been together for a football game, my kids organized for us to go to mass together and then out to Denny's afterward for dinner

It just warmed my heart... that it's the first weekend they could finally do anything they want and that they want to do something together... and they chose to make Saturday mass a part of it. That means we're doing something right in Catholic education, right??
