I've actually amped mine up a bit, just trying to be as healthy as possible. Now that the weather is nice I walk one day(usually 3-4 miles) and then the next day I hit the gym for 45-60 mins on the elliptical.

I don't know if you're in the same boat as me, but I'm out of shape and now I want to start hitting the gym more often but I get a little worried during my 2WW and tend to just avoid the gym since I'm not officially in shape yet.
If my body was used to the workout then I wouldn't worry one bit, but I know I'm not. Hmmm... I'm sure in the end it's fine and better for us to just work out and get healthy.
Ive changed mine recently, but only because of time constraints. I am a runner and that is what do to keep in shape. You are probably ok to continue with your typical exercise routine. My doctor said that any activity is fine as long as you aren't trying to start a new exercise routine while KU. Personally, I think its better if you stay active before getting KU, but that just my opinion.
Look for a class to join or you can even just walk around your neighborhood if you don't want to do anything to strenuous. Jillian Michaels has come out with some nice (and affordable) exercise DVD's if you would rather stay at home.
I've gotten kinda paranoid about exerting myself too much during the 2WW so I have done my normal gym routine of lifting weights, light cardio as well as Jillian Michaels 30-day shred DVD to mix it up before ovulatin and then just do yoga during the 2WW. I know it shouldn't have an effect, but I find yoga really calms me and usually I'm all stressed during the 2WW about whether THIS will be the cycle so I think for me personally it has been good.
Exercise is good for you. Even if you haven't been exercising much recently, it's ok to start now. Just don't go running a marathon if you've never run before.
I have not changed much. I am a weightlifter, so the past few months I've been eating a good amount and lifting hard. Normally in Feb I'd start trying to cut up (ie diet and do more circuit style training to shed fat) but I am not doing that now because it can mess up my cycle. I am 140, 5 foot 6 with a lot of muscle, so I'm at a good starting point right now!
Re: Exercise
I haven't changed mine at all. If your body is used to a certain level of exercise, you will be fine continuing on with that.
