I noticed there had previously been check-ins for 30DS but haven't seen one in a few days. Anyone want to update?
I just finished my first week and have definitely seen improvements in my endurance. I'm also able to do more of the exercises without modification. One thing that I've noticed, is that I'm sore in different places every day. Anyone else have similar experience?

Can I check in too. I hardly ever post here. More of a lurker. BUT I started 30 day shred today, after a failed attempt at starting this months ago.
so today was day one for me. Needing to stay motivated, so this checking in thing might be the little thing that keeps me going.
