what time does your fed ex guy/girl come?

Anyone know if their fed ex deliveries are usualy pretty on schedule?  I am WAH today to sign for the delivery of my meds and I'm about to jump out of my skin I've got so much anxiety.  I would love nothing more than to go to the gym, or the grocery store or just get out of the house but I know the second I do he'll come.

And now I'll probalby wait for him till 6pm when I've missed my opportuinty to do anything out of the house.

  • Yep, mine always comes between 3-4 p.m. He also knows I have a napping child so he doesn't ring the bell. I clearly order a lot from Amazon.

ooh that's a good idea.  Freedom Pharmacy usualy gives me a tracking number but Walgreens didn't.  I'll call them now and see if they have a number.  Thanks, M!

  • When dh's medication arrives they leave it on the porch (you can't see it from the street, though).  Do you have to sign for it, or are you just nervous about it arriving when you're not there?  It's packed to stay cool for a long time (if that's your concern), so it would be fine for a couple hours, especially in our chilly weather.

I have to sign for it.  I'm not worried about them leaving it, just not being here and having to treck it down to the distribution center to pick it up tomorrow.

  • I always had to sign for mine, too.  Freedom would usually even tell me when to expect it (between 8-3).  I bought from a few other mail-order pharmacies, too.  I would say my deliveries were somewhere between 8-5.  I know, that's not much help.  I don't think anything came regularly.

Since I am not an early riser, I hated that I'd get up by 8am to be able to answer the door, and he wouldn't come til like 2pm.  What a waste of time I could have been asleep! :-)

Hope your meds have arrived already, or very soon!

  • Usually right about 4pm and we are down the street so I would guess that he should be there any minute.
