A big bump favor. I would like someone to put together a bumptastic poll/survey/questionnaire for my entertainment purposes (please!). I'm tired of reading about hand sanitizer and shopping carts.

I would do it myself but I'm just so tired today (brain=fried). Please? It's only 2pm in my hood.
