Febreeze question

Have any of you used Febreeze on the carpet in the nursery?  We really need a fresher smell in there.  DH has done research on it and can't find anything to see if it's safe or not.  Anyone use it or know if it's safe or not?

    I have used it on Gavin's carseats and in our cars on several occassions.  I just make sure to let it air out well before we get in.  I think it's fine.

    I have the Mrs. Meyers Clean Day set of baby products. It had Laundry spray, room freshener, and stain stuff. I've always felt like this was ok for Owen's stuff since its natural and non-toxic.

    have you tried just plain baking soda?  when DH (don't ask) puked all over our rug, febreeze did nothing, but the bakins soda got out the nasty smell.
