I do! I feel like it is a quick way to increase my heart rate. Plus you can do it inside when it is crappy outside. When I do it inside, I just pretend I have a jump rope.

I jump once or twice a week and I love it! I started last fall and it definitely toned my calves. It's also easy to pack when you travel so you don't miss a workout.

i definitely do...it's really great strength training. i typically run but do jumps as cross-training!
