Poll: Would you get plastic surgery?

I'm trying to spice things up here a bit!

So, would you ever get plastic surgery? If so, what? Or have you already had it?

Right now I don't think I'd ever get it unless it was corrective. I'm not totally against it though and I don't judge people who get it done. I do joke with my fiance about getting my boobs done some day, but it freaks me out for a couple of reasons.

Should I think of more polls, or are they lame? Stick out tongue

I know you should "love your body" NMW and all that jazz, but when you are 30 yrs old and have the body of a teenage boy thats not so easy to do.

I'm getting a tummy tuck when the kids are in school full time and I go back to work full time and can save the money up. I'm not spending the rest of my life with these stretch marks.

I like polls, they are good to help us get to know each other even more.

I personally would not get plastic surgery. There are a few things I don't like about myself but I think I'd find even more flaws if I started "fixing" myself. I overall like my appearance and there's nothing I can't fix without a little diet and excercise. Plus, it's freaking expensive.

I am definitely having my boobs done after I lose about 40 lbs. They are ridiculously large and not pretty at all. I am having a reduction with a lift.

If I had loads of money, I would totally have a tummy tuck and some lipo in my thighs. I would have botox if I needed it but I have NO wrinkles at all (not bad for 37, right?) I wouldn't have any real plastic surgery on my face though.

I would totally get a tummy tuck too, to get rid of this pouch i acquired. I'd love to have bigger boobs, but I also agree it freaks me out for some reason. Some how they never even got bigger during pregnancy, just my luck! 36A i will stay ;-) lol

Not bad! I'm 25 and have laugh lines and I'm starting to get crow's feet. My niece asked me if I've been sucking my cup to my face because I had lines on the sides of my mouth!

Only reconstructive. Like if I had to have a mastectomy or got into some sort of disfiguring accident. After my c-section, I don't take surgery lightly. Plus with BFing, engorgement doesn't feel good so I can't imagine how painful breast implants must be.

If I had the balls, the money, and I knew it was 100% safe I totally would get lipo! I used to fat then I lost a ton of weight and had a smokin' body, if I do say so myself. Then I got pregnant, got fat again and now I am just to dang lazy to lose all that weight again!

So would I actually do it..NO, I am too scared but would I love to HELL yes!

I'm definitely getting my boobs done. I have always been almost flat chested and now I'm a D cup. But, my boobs look terrible when their empty. It makes me really self conscience. After I quit nursing my daughter they shrunk right back up.

I truly don't know if my pouch will ever go away. I almost think I'll have extra skin and that is freaking gross. My boobs will also never lift on their own with diet and exercise. I've tried!

I am not a fan of my shnoz, but I am too scared to knife my face so I shall deal with it. I would love to have lipo and sculpting but I have issues paying for something that I could probably fix if i got off my arse long enough to work out.

I really, really want a breast reduction and lift. They literally look like sagging water balloons. It's disgusting. I find myself in the mirror a few times a day holding them up trying to figure out the right level.

I probably never will though, a combo of money, time and not wanting to have surgery and recovery.

No surgery for me. I have small boobies that haven't gotten much bigger with BFing, but still don't want anything done. I'm imperfectly me and figure that's how it should be. I definitely don't judge anyone who does decide to go under the knife, but it isn't for me.

If it came down to it, I would probably chicken out. I freaked out before I had Lasik! Stick out tongue

I have some major wrinkles between my eyebrows that I would love to get Botox on, but I'm an actress and I wouldn't want to lose my comic expressiveness.

Someday I would love to get a breast reduction. I have a lot of back issues and I think the massive size of my breasts contributes. All they do is get bigger and bigger! I think soon I may need a bigger house to hold them!

There's not a lot I wouldn't get. I'm dying for a tummy tuck--especially since I already have a beautiful c/s scar (if only they did the TT the same time!!)--but, they're really pricey so I don't know that I'll ever realistically go for it. I'd get my tatas done just to keep em perky. Lipo anywhere and everywhere. The face I'd save until it starts to sag, but when it does, add it to the list!

I am definitely getting a boob job when we decide we are done having kids and I reach a weight that I'm happy with. My boobs are way too saggy from my weight fluctuating up and down over the years.

I never really had any desire until after I got pregnant. I used to have really great boobs and now they are SOOO saggy when they are empty, so I would love to have a breast lift after I am done having kids/breastfeeding. I also used to have a really flat tummy and now I have an ever permanent muffin top thing no matter how loose my pants are, so I would also love a tummy tuck. However, I get really nervous about surgery so I would probably chicken out before I ever did it.

When we are finished making babies, I plan to have some "mommy maintenance" done. I want a tummy tuck and a breast reduction/lift. I know my body won't be the same as it was pre-baby, but I just want my confidence back!

The only thing I would ever do is a breast reduction because my boobs are crazy big. I don't judge anyone who gets anything done, it's just not for me. I'm terrified of surgery so unless it's necessary I'm too chicken shiit!

I have a list of what I would like to do...eventually.

Tummy tuck with lipo shaping, as well as having my c-section scar fixed. I would like to get this done first once I know I will not be having any more children.

Once I would be able to afford it and be all healed from that, I would like to get a breast lift.

When I am older I want to get restylane injections to tighten things up a bit, but not overly done. I would like to get the bags under my eyes removed (it's hereditary on both sides, so I know it's coming). If there were an alternative besides a face lift or the lifestyle lift, I would love to get the sagging neck removed.

I highly doubt I will get anything done except for the injections, it's all too much money and I don't know if I could deal with the pain.

Just stopping back to read everyone's response and say sorry for the P & R! Amelia was getting pretty cranky and the weather was nice, so we went outside for a while!

Thanks everyone for sharing. Plastic surgery has always really intrigued me!

I have been flat chested all of my life. Since having A, my bewbies look like bananas. I WILL be getting breast implants. At this point I am just trying to decide whether to wait until after having LO #2 or not. Either way, I am thinking 30th Birthday present to myself.
