Tissue paper pom pom mobile PIP

I posted this in 2nd tri by accident. I attempted to be crafty and make a mobile for our baby girl so here it is what do you think?

My second questions is what can I use to hang this? right now I just have it taped and I used clear fishing wire. I went to michaels and cant seem to find anything that would work to attach this to the ceiling.

    Cute!  I am putting up some poms too & I was planning on just using a thumb tack to secure each one of the clear line.  But I saw a post on here somewhere that most people said they got a clear or small hook for the ceiling to hang the clear line on.  So maybe the tack won't hold them up?

    For some reason my work has blocked your image url so I can't see it. :( I hung my mobile from a small eye hook (just from any old hardware store) in the ceiling. They're so light weight you don't have to worry about a stud or anything.

    I used tacks. But I also used ribbon instead of fishing line. I would try tacks or the hooks. I think the tape will come loose soon.

    In DD's room we have poms hanging above the crib and we just used clear thumb tacks. I believe target had clear hooks that would also work. 

     

    And that is gorgeous I really like it!

    My recommendation for hanging the poms would be small hooks that screw into the ceiling. You can find them at any hardware store... and in most craft stores. They are super easy to use and will stay secure!
