I am having the worst trouble picking a middle name. We have decided on the first name Audrey but I can't decide on a middle name I like. Our last name is Duncan.
We're not really into the Hope, Grace, Faith blah dee blah, but we don't want names that don't mean anything, or names of cities or foods or things like that. We do like unisex names and names that are less common. We don't like crazy spellings.
Names that out (not that we don't like them, but we know people with these names) are Robin, Ruby, Rachel, Jane, Anne, Alicia, Stephanie, Karla, Elizabeth, Olivia, Alice, Lauryn, Amber, Natalie, Jessica, Megan, Lynn, Kensley, Kaylie, Kylie, Casey, Crystal, Trinity, and Michelle.
I know I'm being picky but I mean, its the name my kid will be stuck with for life.
Here are the names I do like. I really like them but none of them seems like "the one" to me right now.
Audrey Sophia - sophia's in the top 10 right now and we don't want to do a common name
Audrey Camille
Audrey Victoria - hubs thinks victoria is too stuffy but he doesn't hate it
Audrey Scarlet
Audrey Greer - not sure if this one flows
Audrey Gwyneth or Audrey Gwendolyn
Audrey Tallulah - my mom would probably hate this one but I like it
Audrey Georgina

Re: Need a middle name for Audrey
The first thing that popped into my head was Audrey Noelle. Of your list I like Audrey Camille. With Audrey having a "hard" sound I like a softer sounding middle for balance.
Yes- I'm uptight about names.

I think middle names are perfect for honoring family or someone you love. That being said our daughter's name will be Audrey Lynn. MIL and SIL's both have the mn Lynn.
A couple of other mn we considered were: Anna, Luann, Leanne, Stella
My sister really wanted us to use Audrey Ella.
DH likes to refer to her as Audrey 2 in reference to the man eating plant on "Little shop of horrors"
Audrey Noelle
Audrey Rose
Audrey Nicole
Audrey Alexandra
Audrey Kristine/Christine
Charlotte
Simone
Paige
I personally love Greer!
Here are more ideas ...
Good luck!
