NBR: Need help with gift suggestions for my SIL..any creative ideas??

My SIL (DH sister) is turning 40.. DH is going to NYC for her bash. Munchkin and I are staying home.

She is Carrie Bradshaw. Not kidding. Lives and works in Manhatten.. Has the most amazing job, works with celebrities, goes to movie premieres.. She just rocks. It's so hard to shop for someone like that so I need a cool idea for her Birthday. I'm just at a loss... 40 is a big one so want it to be special.. She's not married and doesn't have any kids but has a serious boyfriend so want to stay away from jewelry (though maybe something funky from Anthropologie?) in case he's doing diamonds or something... I don't know.. You ladies always have fabulous ideas so wanted to pick your brains... Probably looking to not spend more than $250.

    What about something that she couldn't get in NYC from a local artist or something? They have Anthropologie in NYC, so if she's really Carrie Bradshaw, I'm sure she'd just get herself whatever she wanted from there :). I know Mica 12/v in OTR has all kinds of jewlery, art, glassware, etc made by local artisans and I'm sure there must be other stores like that locally. I'm drawing a blank right now as to other ones. But, I'd try somewhere like that.
