new job
i'm training for my new job. i hate it! my fiance says we need the money but i know i could save money with a good budget. we have fought so much aabout this. he has even threatened to leave me. i miss my baby! ah now i'm crying in the break room! why can't this job have normal hours, an actual lunch (i get an unpaid lunch break but have to work through it), and benefits! this job sucks! but if i quit my fiance will be furious! wth do i do?!?

Shoot, threaten to leave him.. If he wants you miserable, he needs to reevaluate things.
On a side note..I'll trade you jobs lol But I'm just part time.
Talk with your fiance about how miserable you are and start looking for a different job in the mean time whether he likes it or not. If you can replace this one you might as well, right?
Stay at this job until you find a better job. Going back to work is difficult for everyone. I miss my baby everyday, but if I had to go back! I guarantee you're fiance wouldn't leave you considering you have a baby together. It's not that easy to just up and leave at this point. However, you both need to compromise. If you must work then find a job you like and one that makes enough money to satisfy your fiance.

I like JJ's idea. Look for a new one. Stay with this til you find a new one.
And, if your fiance doesn't even want you looking for a new job... leave him. Why should you have to have this job you hate?
