Book Recommendations

So, although I'm not new to the military life, I do realize there are a lot of things I've still yet to learn, and since I have some extra time to read now that DH is deployed, I'm asking you ladies what your favorite military book is.  I looking for non fiction books of helpful information, preferably upbeat and not just fact after fact with no personality.  Please recommend any and all that have helped you.  TIA!
