AW: awesome pp appointment

I went in for an appointment with the midwife today because I had to have surgery after giving birth. Not only did she tell me that I'm healing much better than expected, but I also lost a bunch of weight! I gained 34 lbs while pregnant and have already lost 26 lbs! I was in the best shape I've been in since high school before getting pregnant, and I'm only 8 lbs away from that again. I'm totally excited about this, because I haven't done anything since giving birth (because of the surgery). I can't wait until I can start to work out again, because I'm sure that will make the rest come right off. Sorry to brag, but it was so unexpected and awesome!
