I haven't. But I am going to soon. My boyfriend is going to be in there with us to help for the first time.
I read on the 0-3 board that putting a washcloth between the legs helps your grip. I am scared about the slippery factor as well. Not to mention I like hot showers... not sure I would make it through just a warm shower.

i have not and not planning on it. I am just thinking - there won't be time for me to wash myself, and then i would have to get out dripping wet and swaddle the baby in the towel while I am naked, wet and cold... and not even clean.

My cousin would wash herself while her babies would sit in a bouncer or swing outside the shower naked (but with a blanket over them to keep warm). Then she would grab them to wash them second. Then she would swaddle the baby in a towel set into bouncer/swing to put on robe and then tend to the rest of the post-bath baby needs.

I do, its so much faster than the tub, and she loves it. In the tub she would scream, but in the shower (if she even wakes up) she just lays there and looks at everything. I haven't had any problems with slipping, my only advice is to have a pump on the baby wash and high enough to where you don't have to bend down. I normally take my shower while she's in her bouncer in the bathroom, then get hers done very quickly.
I don't plan on it. DS is a mover and I'm sure he would find a way to get out of my arms. I seems like it would be easier, but I'd rather be safe.
This exactly. DS is really squirmy and I would be terrified of dropping him. As it is, I won't even give him a bath unless DH is home... I feel like giving him a bath is a 2 person job.

We did. DH got in the shower and I just stood outside and handed him off and then waited there with a towel ready for him. He actually seemed to enjoy it. He hates the tub.
