love love love my Maclaren Triumph. DH loves it too. We borrowed my sil chico umbrella stroller for a trip last year and just hated it; always kicked the wheels, didn't turn great, felt like the handles were low. I bought a used Triumph on Craigslist and learned how wonderful having a good umbrella stroller really is. They run about $200 new but our used one is great. Also take a look on ebay; there is a seller who sells them for $100 / free shipping.

We love our MaClaren Triumph! We paid the full $170 and do not regret it.
Ditto on the Maclaren Triumph! We've been using it since DS was 6 months and still love it. My only complaint is that the canopy gets really dirty from the wheels when it's folded but other than that it's been an excellent stroller.
I just got my almost 3 year old a Maclaren Volo after we busted up the Chicco Capri. He was getting too heavy for the Chicco anyway (weight limit is around 35lbs) and I tripped on a wheel as I was walking next to the stroller and it was broken beyond repair. I got the Volo on Ebay for $60 new with free shipping. It is very basic and doesn't recline, but it super light and pushes a lot easier which I notice more now that DS is bigger.
I have the Maclaren quest and the joovy Kooper. I much prefer the Maclaren, though the Joovy has a much better sunshade and doesn't fall over like the Maclaren does when you have anything hanging on the back. The joovy wheels have a habit of falling off when you put it in the car and it is heavier, though not super heavy, just not as easy to push at the Maclaren. Both are nice strollers though. The Maclaren is hands down a lot sturdier, but the sunshade does suck and it is not as comfortable as the joovy IMO. I tend to use the joovy only at the mall, when I know I will have a lot of packages and at disney, or if we are going someplace with no shade, like a soccer game.
Re: for 2 year old...what lite weight stroller?
Had the chico... hated it for the reasons above
Bought the Maclaren and LOVE IT!
