Do any hospitals in Nova have a water birthing option?

I'm planning on delivering at VHC, but I'm wondering if any hospitals in Nova offer water birthing as an option, or allowing to labor in a tub until a certain time.

    Fair Oaks INOVA has two rooms with tubs.  Loudoun INOVA I *think* has a tub in every room.  Both allow water labor, neither allow water births.

    Loudoun has tubs in every room. But no water births, sorry.

    I wish some NOVA hospitals within the Beltway had this option. I would have really liked it for DS birth.
