  It's strange how good that stuff works. I took it for a month then stopped for about 2 weeks and my supply dipped horribly low. I started taking them again about a week ago and now I produce more milk than Rome needs. Good luck finding that stuff!

  I'm sorry! I got some online at Puritan's Pride for super cheap (I think it was about $20 for 1000 pills). You could also try power pumping to bring things back up. I PPed 3 days in a row last week (during my lunch break), I'm definitely seeing a difference.

  oh, boo! If you have never tried it, just be aware that it can bother your stomach (like diarrhea, yuck!) If it does bother your tummy, try Mothers Milk (any of their products without fenugreek!)

  I took it for a month from 2-3 months old and then when I weaned off of it my supply stayed decent.  I noticed when I took it that I could smell it on my body, SO never noticed, but he typically has a crappy sense of smell.

  Thanks, ladies!  I didn't know that oatmeal could help too.  I'll try that along with the fenugreek.  Maybe one day soon I'll be producing enough for a small army of babies lol
