Thanks all... ended up seeing Goldberg at VM in Kirkland... and then ended up in the ER at his advice. 6 hours, 2 bags of IV fluid, and some Zofran later, I was at least able to walk like a dazed zombie.

Figures Isaac decided to have one of his worst nights ever last night, but I still feel way better. Thanks again!

ETA: Still have to see how my milk holds up. It's dropped dramatically, and I'm not really eating yet. Wish us luck!

So sorry to hear you are sick! It is not easy to feel like a good mommy when you're ill, but taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for your little guy. Hope you heal up fast!
