Hi all! Just wanted to share my thoughts on this place in case anyone was thinking about going (and because the activity on this board died down again).
I took my 16-month-old son around 9:30 on a Wednesday during "Free Play," and it wasn't too crowded but it quickly picked up (probably because it was spring break for some and also free play time). He enjoyed the swings a lot and the basketball hoops, but that was really all that worked for him. He still had a blast running around on the padded floor but he can't really climb and most of the slides are too high for him. Plus, he was starting to get pushed around a bit by bigger kids. I think in a year or two it will be a great place to take him, but he's just too young right now. Also, I'd probably never pay the $4.50/hr rate. Free play it is.
A much better option is the Preschool Open Gym we go to at the Dublin Rec Center. You don't have to be a member or a city resident, they do it Monday and Friday mornings through the school year, and it's only $3. Plus, it's friendly to wee little and a wee bit bigger too.
