So I have been struggling with 'regularity' since BFP, and I think yesterday I found the cure!
In the morning I drank about 10 ounces of apple juice, had an apple for an evening snack, drank about a half gallon of water throughout the day...
...and this morning... BAM. Wonderful trip to the bathroom, and I feel less bloated than I have in the last month! Thank goodness!

Coffee is what saved me. I weaned myself off of it weeks ago and went down to only a cup or two on weekends when DH is home. Weekends I felt 'normal' and during the week when I went without it was horrendous.
It slipped my mind that coffee helped this out until I heard Snooki say coffee makes her poop on a Jersey Shore re-run... yeah... BUT, I've now gotten back to having one small cup every morning and am as normal as before. I'm sure it helps that I've always had a decent diet with lots of fiber too, but looking back I was definitely backed up during the week and not weekends when I'd indulge in a little coffee.
