NBR: rec your dust buster

Each year when this pollen, dogwood blossom season rolls around I say I am going to get a dust buster to pick up after what the dog tracks in. I have yet to buy one.

So, if you like your dust buster and it has been durable, could you please recommend the brand/type? I am tired of dragging out the Dyson. Thanks!

    we have the dyson handheld vacuum in addition to our big dyson.  the sucker (no pun intended) was about $150 but so totally worth it and all the regular dyson attachments fit so you can interchange them.

    We have a Black & Decker one.  Have had it for 5 years and it still works great.

    We also have an original B&D and it is a workhorse. Its not great with pet fur on furniture, but I like it for everything else.

    We have this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser one:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EYFQ28

    Pros:  Works really well on fabric - took the dog hair off upholstery better than anything else I've tried.  Also very powerful.

    Cons:  Corded.
