Is Mother's Milk Tea the same is Fenugreek?

My supply seems to be taking a hit and I'm trying to get back on track. DD started on solids about two weeks ago and I've been struggling to keep up.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes...there is fenugreek in the tea..in addition to fennel, anise, spearmint...which are all supposed to increase milk production.  I am in the same boat...my milk supply has dropped since starting back to work.  My LC gave me some samples to try - so far..I have seen a little imrpovement..though I am not drinking as much as recommended...3-5 cups per day...instead only 1-2 cups..   HTH!  :)

    Like PP said, it does have fenugreek in it, but I don't notice much of a difference when drinking it. Drink loads of water, that helps me the most.

    It has fenugreek in it but I am not sure of the dosage.

     I started taking fenugreek supplements this past Saturday because my supply has dropped too. I don't see a change yet so it either it doesn't work for me or it's taking longer than expected. I think my stress of knowing I'm not meeting DS's needs is making my supply worse.

     I will say that the mother's milk tea is so so gross.
