So I had my 6 week appt this last Wednesday and was cleared for everything, which is nice so I can exercise. I have 21 pounds to go until my pre-pregnancy weight but 7 more after that until my "ideal" weight. My goal is to be at my idea weight by the time I go to the beach in mid-July. I also started weight watchers.
Is anyone else starting a diet or exercise program? I was thinking of doing a check-in as a way to keep accountable, and also to post tips that help maybe lose weight quicker or recipes or anything that might assist in the process. : )

Sounds like a great idea. I still have 6 pounds to go before I reach my pre-pregnancy weight. But I still need to loose another 30 pounds to get where I was before I had a late loss and a miscarriage in 2009.
I'll be starting weight watchers this week and I've started exercising but have 13lbs to go to my goal weight. I started the C25K program and also been doing Body Combat and Body Pump classes at work (health club).
I'm all for a weekly check in. Do we want to format them?
Lbs down - workout schedule - diet tips, etc.?
I definitely think posting with you girls and seeing everyone elses progress will help us get motivated!
same here! i just started weight watchers last saturday. You get extra points if you're nursing...i feel like i eat so much! we'll see how it goes when i weigh in. I wouldn't mind sharing info too.
