It is just the tube/cover part of a tank, that attaches to your nursing bra, essentially turning your nursing bra into a nursing tank. Then you will have the support you are looking for in a bra, plus the tummy coverage of a tank.

And that you can rehook with one hand if possible! although not as necessary as unhooking one handed.

I have some of these and really, really like them. You can attach them to the cup where it connects to the hook, so it will work just like any other nursing tank. They're actually more comfortable IMO than other nursing tanks, and they fit me better. I think it would be pretty easy to make your own, too. If you want to look at mine, let me know.
