So this afternoon a HS friend posts: "Going to the Dr twice a week to monitor the baby is not fun. I wish I could just sleep " This really just bugged me. I would love to be 36 weeks into a healthy pregnancy! I get going to the doctors so often loses it's charm, but she gets to make sure baby is healthy and that he will be here soon. Okay, vent over.

I understand that it can get under your skin. But flip sides for a second, do you think at 36 weeks pregnant you won't complain? I doubt it. I want a baby as much as the next person and would be more than happy to switch places, but I also know that there are points where I may be downright miserable.
Plus, it isn't like she called you just to tell you that. She put it on FB!

I understand your frustration. It irks me sometimes too when I see comments like that. However, I do completely think they have the right to complain if/when they're uncomfortable. That's why I utilize the "hide" function so frequently.
Oh man. I agree with you wholeheartedly. She's so lucky and blessed to be having a baby. I'd go to the doctor every day if it meant I were actually pregnant!
Facebook can be great, and not so great. But before you were TTC, did you think "man, I don't want to hear about her and her pregnancy"?
Probably not. Things start standing out now that you are TTC. Just read past it, or hide it.
Fair warning-you will be seeing even more pregnant women around in public. Not because there really ARE more, they just stand out like a sore thumb.

Thanks for letting me vent. I don't want to block her or anything like that, and I realize being that far along can be pretty uncomfortable. I just needed to vent here instead of on facebook. Ha ha, just kidding.
