Buttermilk Recipes

I have like a cup in the half in the fridge that will go to waste...anybody have any yummy recipes I can use it in?

    Use it as a dredge for breaded/fried/baked chicken.  Tenderizes the meat beautifully.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    Thinly sliced cucumbers, buttermilk, a heaping spoonful of mayonnaise, a few thin slices of onion, fresh dill, salt, pepper.  Put it on potatoes and you can thank me tomorrow.  (I live on this in the summer.)
