Hello fellow Minnesota Mama's! I am being laid off in July. I have been on a few interviews.. One I hope to hear back from next week and I really liked and hope I get, the other one I don't really want as the interview left a bad taste in my mouth. I am putting my resume out there and doing what I can, just curious if anyone knows where else I can look. I work at an Auto Insurance company but have experience in Life, Health Insurance as well and Customer Service. Any ideas you guys might have would be great. I am looking but am getting discouraged.

Don't know if you searched these sites or not but:

Good luck! That sucks you're losing your job...
DH just got a job in January after 2 years of unemployment. The only place not listed above is Craigslist. DH found his current position there. Be careful though. There are scammers and they will request your credit history before schduling an interview. The scams were pretty obvious. Good luck!

You can check with any of the health insurance companies here in MN:
UCare, Medica, or BCBS are ones that come to mind right away. I know normally at this time of year it's pretty slow (I work for UCare and Medica - Customer Service) but when open enrollment begins for Medicare plans (busy time usually starts around the beginning of October) those companies kind of scramble for extra help
