Yes mam, I am a dairy free mama! Austin had blood in his poo back in December. He has an intolerance to the cow protein. I think his is pretty minor, I can do traced of stuff here and there and he doesn't get cranky or have blood. But I sure do miss a big cup of yummy cold milk.

Everyone raved about Hemp milk and that was gross, I might try it but I am not holding my breath.
