Parker is here!!

Parker Wyatt was born on April fools at 7:11am and was 7lbs 3oz and 19in long. The exact same measurements as his big brother! I started having contractions 5 minutes apart at 2:30 and called people to come stay with Derek. Once we made it out the door to head to the hospital only an hour later, my contractions were 2 minutes apart. We were admitted to the hospital at almost 5am and I was 5cm dilated. They said they'd call the doctor when I was at 7cm since she lives 10 minutes away. The only problem with that was that when they checked me at 6:45 and I was 7cm, only 5 minutes later I was fully dilated and ready to go. When the contractions came I had to push and the nurse found out his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck and after 2 pushes he was out and whisked off. He was given oxygen and was just fine. He had some pretty rough bruising on his face and head they said from his speedy exit. He looked like he got in a fight on his way out with a black eye and bruised cheeks. He's a champ at breastfeeding and is already back up to his birth weight! Thanks for the well wishes below and to Jennifer for spreading the word.
