Nanny Share- Mac-Groveland/Highland area

Hi,

I am wondering if there are any moms in the Merriam Park/Crocus Hill/Mac Groveland/Highland area of St. Paul that would be interested in doing a nanny share starting in mid September 2011 (I know it is early, but I've been told I need to get a head start!).  I will have a 12 week old girl at this time.

 I am looking for someone that would share a nanny (i.e. two babies for one home and one nanny watching over them) for normal working hours.  We would get together and determine the nanny together.  We would also sort out the details too!

 If you have not thought about a nanny share yet, start thinking!  I was all for center before I researched the benefits of nanny sharing (i.e. 2:1 ratio v.s. 3:1 ratio, flexibility, ability to choose needs more closely for children, convenience of own home and the cost!)
