  My mom bought me this one as a gift (sorry, I don't know how to edit links to make them shorter on here)

  I'm eyeing the JJ Cole diaper bags. Partly because they have compartments in the front just for your wallet, phone, etc.  I also some cute ones at Target that aren't the traditional bulky bags.

  I love Petunia Pickle Bottom & JuJuBe bags.  They're a bit pricey but if you search around like on mamabargains.com you can usually get them for a cheap price.  I got a PPB bag on their website for super cheap when they were overhauling discontinued items.

  We bought the Lug Life Tuk Tuk bag - very practical with a strap so you can carry it across your body and tons of compartments. DH also liked the more unisex look of it even though you can still buy it in fun colors (we got red because we won't know the sex).

  Honestly, I never had to purchase a diaper bag as the hospitals here give you at least one. My last delivery I received 2 and the smaller the bag, the happier I was. I carried bare necessities in mine. Diapers, Wipes and I B/F so I didn't need the room for all the bottles, water, etc. When I started formula feeding it was still enough room. I generally kept an extra bag in the car with the bulkier items. It worked out for me that way.

  Skip Hop Studio -- it looks like a regular bag, not a diaper bag. Love all the pockets and dividers, and it has held up well with daily use for over a year.

  I just wish that they'd had some of the cute patterns when I got mine! I have it in Champagne.
