anyone use anything like this in there car seat?

its a Leachco prop ease Plus baby prop for preemies. We have been using a rolled up towel for DD's head and tuck blankets around her after she is strapped in. Wondering if this is a good thing to get?

    I was warned & WARNED yet again at the hospital to not put any inserts

    whats-so-ever in the carseat or the manufacturer would not see the warranty as valid - I never checked it out though - I never had to use anything except the insert that Chicco had.

    It looks like a good idea though! :)

    Ditto! Do not use any inserts in the car seat with your baby. It's very dangerous. If your little one needs more support, you can add rolled blankets next to the baby AFTER she has already been properly buckled in the  seat. If her fit in the seat is not great, talk to your local fire department and they can help you.

    It really grinds my gears that they are allowed to make this stuff.  Like, it really really upsets me.  How is it possible to sell something that is recommended against??  Grrrrrrrr.
