Do you see the nub? 12 week NT scan.

Hello all. I was hoping you all could help me. I have been looking at the "angle of the dangle" photos online and I am trying to figure out if what I think is the nub is  it.  It's not very clear, but I have seen another photo on here that looks similar to mine and the woman said that it was the nub. 

 

Here is the photo.

I think that the nub is the white thing below the stomach... not sure though. Was wondering what you all thought.

    I don't see anything. I think you should wait until your anatomy scan for a sex determination. Anything at this point is just a crap shoot.

    Do you see the really white thing on the left side right below the belly? I know it is not very clear, but I am wondering if that is what it is. I hope that helps, lol.

     Agreed. It's only another 6-8 weeks or so, which really isn't too long. I'd rather wait and be fairly certain than guess at hard to deciper NT nubs.

    Thanks. We find out soon. Was just trying to see if people could see what I saw, lol. It's all in good fun : ). I am going nuts over it, lol. Only because I want to know what that white thing is, haha.

    What did your u/s tech say? Or were they not willing to take a guess? I really don't see a clear shot of anything personally.

    She did not really say anything about it. I wish I would have asked only because it is just fun to try and guess, lol. No way am I banking on a guess. Just wanted to see if you all saw what I think I see??Huh?

    Sorry, no. And even if it was shown, it certainly isn't clear enough to make a guess on the angle of the dangle.

    I didn't think that gender could be figured out at 12 weeks. I can't see anything in that picture.

    Another month and you can possibly see the gender. Be patient Wink

    She didn't say anything b/c there is nothing to say.  

    It is too early and there is nothing to see yet.

    I had my NT u/s at 13w2d and I saw something dangling and from my last u/s at 15w1d my OB said that our baby is a boy.

    I can't see anything in your pic but don't drive yourself nuts over something that is hard to see...your eyes will play tricks on you!

    You're too early to tell the gender at 12 weeks. The female/male parts are not visible on ultrasound until at least 15 weeks...and even then it can be questionable. Wait until your 20 week scan. If it makes you feel better, I'm an ultrasound tech and 13 weeks pregnant and I still don't know the gender because I'm too early!

    They guessed girl at my NT scan, guess what- having a baby boy! I would wait for your own sanity.
