Denver Child Care

I am wondering when do I need to start looking for childcare? I am 9 weeks pregnant and am unsure about what childcare option I want. I will most likely head back to work after 4 months maternity leave and am hoping to either work home part-time/bring baby to work if possible/work part-time. Any thoughts on bringing baby to work would be helpful too.

Thanks!

Re: Denver Child Care

  • I'm no real help because I'm unemployed right now but...  I would suggest posting on the Denver "Nest" board instead of the CO "bump" board.  There are more ladies on the Nest board than there are in here.  Also, there are many women on the Bump's 0-3 month board who bring LO to work with them so you could ask that question there and get more responses than here.  GL!!

  • You should start looking around 20 weeks. For some places, that is pretty early, but for a lot of the nicer places you need to get your name on their wait list NOW if you want a chance at a spot.
