1. Eh, not great, not terrible. I did the Perfect Pregnancy DVD that I posted last week and it was awesome! Great strength training and I was sore without feeling like I had overdone anything. The woman's voice is annoying as he!! though. Other than that, I only got one elliptical workout in and walked yesterday.
2. Get back to basics and try to just get the minutes of cardio in. Do a couple of short runs and make time for the video twice this week. Quit justifying Blizzards and the McDonald's drive-thru with the "It's okay, you're 15 weeks and your pants still button" excuse.
1. I did about the same. Took a few leisurely walks with the kids when the weather cooperated. I was cleared to ease back into "real" exercising at my 6wk appointment, but I'm not sure yet how I'll fit that in. I'm pretty sure this week will be a wash!
2. I think I'll set a goal of doing crunches every day since between work and crappy weather I don't see myself being able to get out of the house much to exercise.
I actually did GREAT!! I lost 3 lbs last week and I worked out super hard:) M,W,F I went to spinning. T/TH I worked out with my trainer and Saturday I went to Zumba!

1) How'd you do last week: eh. not as well as i would have liked. monday and tuesday were good. it's been all down hill from there. it seems to me it's easier for me to do well at the beginning of the week. then as the week gets on and i get more tired, i start to make poorer choices.
2)anything in particular that you're going to work on this week: i'd like to eat healthy and maintain my weight. i gained a little too much from vacation and from eaint out so much over the weekend.

1. I did pretty good. I got in 3 good workouts. I also helped DH hang some drywall which was interesting to learn, and very exhausting.
2. I just want to keep at it, and get up to the higher end of my goal with 4 workouts a week.
