Whale watching was awesome!

DH and I went up to Friday Harbor on Saturday.  We didnt' expect to see any whales since it was early in the season.  We lucked out we saw about 18-20 whales and also I was one of two people who got to see one about 8 feet from our boat.  Our captain turned off the engine and I ran in the back to see if the whale would pop up and she did.  It was so close it gave me goosebumps.  Bad news is I caught a cold from it, but it was so worth it!  The staff there says it doesn't get any better then that even in the peak season!

    I had to move around a lot.  The vibration was making the baby move, but once I found another seat I was okay.  They even had a 4 month old on the boat which surprised me!

    It was great, they were so generous!  We got so much stuff that DH said we should cancel next weeks shower since we won't have any more space for all this kids stuff! =)  Next week is the family shower which grandma is cohosting and my sister said she has been going shopping like crazy!  *First grandchild*
