What is everyone making for dinner?

I am making chicken enchiladas and cilantro lime rice tonight. Looking for inspiration for tomorrow!

    Tonight we're having leftovers. It's called Pozole. It's basically a soup with tons of hominy. My version is spicy and has chicken in it. I serve it with tons of limes, shredded cabbage and crunchy tostadas. I make a huge pot and it's gone before I know it :)

    mmm i LOVE cilantro lime rice- is it from the skinnytaste.com recipe? I am making DH make chicken soup---- its cold and rainy here and i have yet another headache so...soup it is- and he makes it the best!

    This is one of our favorite soups. There was a place within walking distance from our old place and we would go every Saturday! We miss it so much! Do you use a recipe or just wing it? I would love to make some!

    We're having tacos with spiced black beans.  Super easy and we will probably be eating them for a couple of nights - horay leftovers!!

    I have no idea what to make tonight! I really wanted to use up my sweet potatoes, parsnip and butternut squash. I need to start looking at some recipes for ideas.

    Nope Alton Brown. My favorite part is spreading the garlic clover on the crusty bread and dunking it in the olive oil. Yummy!

    I am not sure what we are having yet.  I got a pressure cooker over the weekend and was thinking about trying out a new recipe, but we have to go grocery shopping, so we may just get something to heat up. 

    Your dinner sounds fantastic though.

    Everyones dinner sounds so good!  My husband is actually a chef.. wow! Right? NO! He's not home to cook dinner for me at night because he's cooking at the restaurant . So I will just be warming up some minestrone soup that I made over the weekend.

    I making a simple meal tonight. Ham steaks with eggs and french fries.

    Tomorrow night will be crab cakes with bakes sweet potatoes and probably corn or green beans with some homemade bread.

    I just wing it! It's a combination of two different recipes...one from my mom and the other from my SIL. I've been told my Pozole is different but GOOD :) Let me know if you want me to jot down the recipe. I can email it to you!

    Grilled porkchops with a pineapple marinade and grilled pineapple..yum!  And corn on the cob--on the grill, of course :)  Possibly a spinach salad for something green!

    We are having pork tenderloin, a garden salad and hot rolls. Though my H just called to say that he might have to work quite late to finish a presentation so I may be packing his up in a basket and doing delivery service!

    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    I had cheese ravioli in meat sauce.  DH is gone until Friday, so it's all easy quick stuff for me, so the rest of my time is devoted to getting all the things done that I can't when he's here.

    Like, ya know, watching all the episodes of Holly's World I DVR'd....

    We had Jamaican jerk chicken sandwiches with mac & cheese - weird combo I know. We usually do buffalo chicken with mac & cheese but DH wanted to try Jamaican tonight.....after the mac & cheese was in the oven Stick out tongue

    Ha - my DH went to a bit of culinary school, has worked in many restaurants and is a very good cook. Does he ever cook at home? Only tacos. HmmHuh?
