When by myself, I found it's so much easier to do a back carry with the Mei Tai than the ERGO. I usually have to have my husband help me with a back carry in the ERGO. I can do it by myself but it's messy.

I just started last week and practiced over the couch watching it on youtube as someone on here suggested.
With the moby my husband would wrap me before I left and then I would pop the baby in and tighten it.

The moby isn't safe for back carries... it's too stretchy. You need a woven wrap instead for back carries.
