Custody Establish... about to file a motion

sorry ladies, I need help again. ExBF and I went to court and we established joint custody and support. I have custodial, I live in NJ and he lives in Western PA. Now that we've been seperated for 8 months I want my furniture back, basically it's the baby's furniture that was purchased by my parents for me and he refuses to give it back to me. Unforunately it's not easy to just grab and throw in the minivan. Its large furniture that would need to be disassembled and put in a small UHaul. Now if he would give it to me I would have no problem incurring the cost, but since he refuses giving it to me should I write in the next motion about the furniture. I'm afraid the judge will think I'm petty but I put it in my orginial papers and the judge just ignored it. Is it worth it? I still have belongings at his apartment and now that I know we are not getting back together I want my crap back. LOL

    Yes it's worth it. It is YOUR stuff. He has no right to hold on to it.
