Babies: 3 - 6 Months

I hate Texas weather.

Today we have a high of 69-71. Later this week, we get four days in a row of low to mid 90s. WTF? Where did Spring go? That is like normal June weather, not April. Grrrrr.

  • I am in El Paso and we skipped spring completely. It is HOT. Edited for spelling. Stupid auto correct.
  • Southern Ontario has some fvcktacular weather.

It was mild here yesterday morning, temperature dropped around dinner enough for it to snow and snow like cover the roads, lawns and make a general sh!t mess of everything. Today it's mild again and pouring rain.

Can you tell I've had enough of fvcking winter?  Big Smile

  • What is this Spring you speak of?

  • I'd rather have that weather than Minnesota where it's winter 10 months a year. We keeps jumping from 50 back down to 30's. I hate the cold.
  • I would take Texas weather over Michigan weather any day. It was snowing yesterday...we are missing spring too!!

  • I have lived in both Texas and the midwest (Ohio).  So I feel for all of you. But...now that I live in AZ (northwest) I have to say...I would take snow and crappy weather any day over the summers we have here.  It gets to be 100+ at the end of April thru October.  In July and August it's usually 110-120 every day.  We can't even use the pool during the day, we have to wait til the sun goes down.  Ridiculous.  Winters are nice, but they don't make up for the heat in the summer IMO.  I miss Ohio weather.
  • I live in the Panhandle and it was 90 yesterday yet it was snowing when I went to work this morning. It didn't last long though. It will be about 65 today.

I've lived in Wisconsin and Texas, and I'll take winter over summers where you sweat as soon as you step outside, even at night.  It doesn't help that we're near Houston so we don't just have heat, we have swampy humid nasty heat.

DS has several cute 3-6 month long sleeve onsies that he won't wear because it got too warm too fast.  I scowled at DH last night about it - "he'd be able to wear these if we'd just move away."

  • I'm in Houston and it looks crappy outside.  It was like that in my area when we left for church yesterday, but brightened up later.  I just wish that we could get some weather and stick to it.  I hate going back and forth.
