I've cut back on coffee, but I haven't cut it out completely.
I asked the nurse this morning, and she told me one 12oz cup a day is fine. I haven't had any over the weekend, but I wake up at 4am for work Tues-Fri, so I need a little coffee to get me going.
I have terrible migraines so I haven't cut it out completely. I went from Coke to Barqs Rootbeer and I have one a day now (it is SO not as good as Coke )

Dark chocolate, not that it's real concern because I can't eat anywhere close to the limit, but a friend of mine gave it up completly and to me that's a bit overly cautious.
I'm still drinking one coffee in the morning. I just can't wake up without it. When I was pregnant with my daughter I developed a major aversion to coffee around 6 weeks or so, and couldn't drink it for the rest of 1st tri. I'm hoping that doesn't happen this time around.
Pepsi One. I usually have 3 to 4 cans a day, Since I've been pregnant, I've cut back to about 1 and a 1/2 a day. Just don't think I can cut it out completely!
So I cut caffeine out completely when we started TTC, but for some reason have been drinking diet pepsi lately. I haven't had one since our BFP, so it's been all of one day! lol I did, however, start drinking those small cans of "Startucks" doubleshots, which has about 160mg of caffeine. I'll try and stop that, though. It's just so hard!!

Fountain diet pop is my nemisis. So, I am trying really hard to limit it--but I have had one over the last 2 or 3 days. I guess I just need to stop going out to restaurants and then I just won't have access to it!
I had already been limiting my caffeine since before I was pg (it has effected me much more since having DS for some reason). I already switched to 1/2 caf or decaf coffee so now I just do exclusively decaf and I already was drinking diet caffeine free but now I switched to regular caffeine free because I dont want the artificial sweetener that comes in diet soda (same w/ stuff like crystal light). I occasionally will have 1/2 can of regular coke but mainly I just stick to 7up, ginger ale or sierra mist.Once out of 1st tri I am more lax about caffeine but I do limit it for the first 13 weeks.
I will NOT be giving up chocolate though haha I never factor that into my caffeine intake :-)
I was drinking 3-4 cups of tea a day. Since TTC I cut back to 2, and now I'll just have the one cup of black tea in the morning and that's it. Even for a big cup it'll be less than 50 mg total.
I stopped drinking pop last summer and I don't really drink coffee. Every once and a while I'll make a cafe mocha, but not too often. My main source of caffeine used to come from my Excedrine of all things!
And yesterday I was making homemade chili and the recipe calls for 2 tbs. of instant espresso powder. I didn't think twice and just added it to the Crock Pot. I suppose per serving its not that much caffeine, so should be just fine.

I cut out caffeine completely. I never drank soda before anyway, but I do love coffee. I usually had 2 cups per day. It wasn't as hard to give it up as I thought it was. I am sure I'll have a cup here and there, but I am not going to keep it drinking it everyday like I used to.

Diet Coke is my addiction, but I haven't had a drop of it since I found out I was pregnant. it's been easier than I thought it would be so far (of course, it's only been about 10 days). I never drank coffee and I haven't cut out chocolate (I don't eat a lot of it anyway).
I do have some caffeine free diet coke left at home, but I figure I'll go as long as I can without it.

I'm doing well thus far without my coffee, but I can't say that will last. I have been indulging in one soda a day, but as long as I'm drinking plenty of water I feel fine about it.

I'm keeping my morning coffee, my coworkers will thank me for that.
I am cutting out my afternoon Dr. Pepper. I'm trading that for water with lemon or a ginger ale or root beer.
