Possible TMI warning!
AF is so heavy (we're talking double heavy duty layers of protection here and still having to change more than once an hour) and I'm so crampy that I can barely walk and/or function. I have a migraine on top of it and I can't take anything except Tylenol because I'm scheduled for my hysteroscopy & D&C on Thursday. UGH.
Anyone have any natural remedies to at least lessen the discomfort? I have to do b/w today too for Thursday and I'm already lightheaded. This sucks!

Today I am pregnant & I love my baby!
It won't help you this cycle because you need to order it, but I strongly reccomend. Dragon Time Oil - from Young Living (google dragon time young living).
It is an essential oil. It is the only product that I have found to help with cramps.
