Bakers help.

I always freeze over ripe bananas to use later. I thawed a bunch today to make banana bread. Ben wanted to help. But we didn't get to it. Can I leave them in the fridge til tomorrow or should I just bake it now without him?

I have left them in the fridge overnight before and it turned out fine. The bananas were runny and weird when I used em, but the bread tasted fine

My general rule of thumb is to use anything from the freezer within 24 hours of thawing. So yeah, it should be OK until tomorrow.

Same with the other girls, might be runny but is fine once baked.

Ok thanks! We will do it in the morning. I know how weird thawed bananas are. Gross. But they work.
