AW: Today's my due date!

in 3rd Trimester
Yesterday at my midwife appointment I had an internal & I'm 4 cm, 100% effaced, baby is @ -1 station! I had been having menstral type cramping, but I didn't figure they were doing much of anything.  Now I just need consistent contractions!! I can't wait to meet my baby!

    Congrats Im sure you are ready to get the show on the road! They sent you home eventhough you were 4cm?? 5 cm is active labor so Im surprised they sent you home instead of to the hospital...

    A lot of people have said that. I'm assuming they sent me home since I'm not contracting regularly. ?

    Mine is today also. I'm 2-3cm and 90% effaced. But am having no cramping or contractions whatsoever, so I think I'll be in for the long haul and overdue. Hope you go into active labor soon!

    Congrats and Good Luck! My due date is also today. I have had cramping and back pains since Wednesday. I really hope they turn into something soon.
