I finally called TWC

In case any one is interested. They lowered our bill to $99/month before taxes & fees (so they lowered it by $14) - this is for digital cable + DVR + HD + RR internet. Plus they gave us free DVR for six months (so that will bring our bill down to $88 for six months). And, for one year, we get free RR turbo and Showtime.

I'm glad I called - we got an extra $230 in our pockets and upgrades just for making a phone call.

    Sweet!  I called today and got the free DVR  :)

    I tried to call the other day but I couldn't remember our PIN.  I tried 5 different numbers before I quit and said I'd have to call back.  We really need to write those things down.

    Ugggh...I'm so mad that we don't get RR in our area.  I just paid our bill with suddenlink and it was a whopping $145.  I called them last month after it shot up from $110 to $130 and then they said that it was going to go up again this month.  Lame.  They said I had been paying the $130 for months now.  I hate Suddenlink.  Grrrrr...
