I work out with a trainer twice a week and hike but am looking for a good prenatal yoga dvd to use on my off days as I have heard how helpful it is during labor. Does anyone have a favorite dvd they can recommend?
I like Shiva Rea and used her solar flow a lot pre-pregnancy, but since I've been doing yoga for a while her prenatal DVD seems a little basic to me (I didn't break a sweat with this DVD). If you're new to yoga, it's great, but if you aren't I would do something a little tougher - I like The Perfect Pregnancy Vol. 2 Yoga, it gives you a little more of an actual workout.
I do Jennifer Wolfe's DVD every morning and I really like it. There are different models for each tri, as well as 15-, 30-, 45-, and 75 minute routines, so you can do whatever you have time for. I wouldn't recommend for someone who had not done any yoga pre-pg.
