I tried Piloxing yesterday for the first time and it was one of the FUNNEST workout I have had in a long time, not to mention it burned a lot of calories. It's fairly new so I don't think a lot of gyms have it but if you can try it I highly recommend it. It's a fusion of boxing, standing pilates and dance. It is upbeat, the music was amazing and it was just so much fun. I am in the early stages of pregnancy so I wasn't able to go 100% but if you are looking for something new to give you a fun and effective workout, give it a try.
