RP: Movement...is this normal??

in 2nd Trimester

I posted this in the August boards as well...

Some days I feel him moving a lot and then somedays, like today, I barely feel him all day. It makes me worry on the days when I don't feel him as much! Is this normal or do I have a reason to worry?

    I had days like that with my son and with this pregnancy as well. My Dr has said that regular movement is not expected until week 24 assuming you have had a trouble free pregnancy thus far.

    Its very normal, there's still too much fluid in there that masks the movement.

    It's normal.  I have days where my LO is kicking up a storm and moving all around and then there's day's where he's just chllin'.

    It's very normal.  The baby is just too small to feel it constantly.  He/she has to be in the right position.  Mhy doc said you won't feel consistent movement until week 24 or so.

    No worries, babies have busy days and quiet days. If you are really concerned call your doc!
